Complete filling lines
Individual machines are inserted into complex filling lines, which can be divided into three categories:
Economic lines with a capacity of 500 - 2,500 bottles per hour
(standard set: entry table, filling machine with 1-6 jets, linear or step-by-step single-headed sealing machine, labelling machine, shrink tunnel for packaging into shrink foil or a cartoning machine and a palletizing robot)
Medium capacity lines for 3,000 - 5,000 bottles per hour
(standard set: entry table or bottle erector, filling machine with 8-12 jets, a linear continual or rotation sealing machine, labelling machine, shrink tunnel for packaging in shrink foil or a cartoning machine and a palletizing robot)
High-capacity lines for 6,000 - 10,000 bottles per hour
(standard set: bottle erector or unstacking device, double-row filling machine, rotating sealing machine, labelling machine, shrink tunnel for packaging in shrink foil or a cartoning machine and a palletizing device)
We offer a complex service with the delivery:
- design and project of the spatial arrangement of the line respecting the spatial possibilities in the client's factory
- project of the routing of the medium and the product, of the CIP connection and the control mechanisms
- complete documentation of the project including FAT and SAT protocols, certificates for the used materials, risk analysis, validation etc.
- installation and putting into service of the lines including complex tests and staff training
- warranty and post-warranty service, preventive service checks and delivery of spare parts
